OFF-MARKET HOME BUYERS · OUT-OF-STATE OWNERS

Sell your house from out of state.

You live somewhere else. The house still needs a plan. Explore an as-is sale with a clear conversation about the property, access and the steps ahead.

For off-market houses only. We do not buy properties currently listed for sale on the MLS, condos or apartments.

A PRACTICAL STARTING POINT

A house in one state.
A life in another.

Maybe you inherited the property, moved for work or have a rental that takes too much of your time. Start with what you know about the house and what you want to change.

We review potential off-market purchases. You can discuss the property as it stands before deciding whether repairs, a listing or a direct sale makes sense.

Work through the details in order.

  1. Introduce the property.

Share the address, occupancy, condition and your selling plans.

  2. Review the possible purchase.

Discuss access, inspection, price and terms before making commitments.

  3. Confirm how closing would work.

Let the closing office explain the documents, signing and timing.

FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

What’s happening with your house?

Each situation raises different questions. Use the guide that fits your property, then bring your own details into the conversation.

WHERE WE REVIEW PROPERTIES

The house’s location is the starting point.

Pallas Growth reviews houses in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, Upstate New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.

Share the city and property details so we can confirm whether it is a fit. Living elsewhere does not mean every market or property is eligible.

QUESTIONS FROM A DISTANCE

A few things to know before you start.

Can I start without traveling back?

Yes. Introduce the property and your circumstances from where you live. A property visit may still be needed, and the closing office must confirm signing arrangements.

Does an as-is sale skip the inspection?

No. A potential buyer can still review the condition and arrange an inspection. The written terms should explain that process.

Is there any obligation to sell?

An initial inquiry does not commit you to a sale. Review any proposed price, conditions and costs before deciding whether to enter an agreement.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Make the next step a useful conversation.

Share the address, what you know about the house and what you would like to happen next. We’ll review whether a potential purchase is a fit.
